Meet the Team

WELCOME!  Take a moment and meet the ladies and pups behind the paint brush!

mom3Meet Carol Lynn aka Mama! Lynn is the inspiration behind Carol Elise Designs. It was her idea to start the business with her daughters. Lynn’s creative nature inspired her to create the name Carol Elise Designs.  Carol – being the first name of both herself and Paige and Elise – being the middle name of her younger daughter Emily. Lynn is the Vice President of a General Contractor  and serves as a Deacon for her church, Central Steele Creek. Growing up Lynn painted canvases, but now finds relaxation and excitement in painting furniture. She is excited to share this experience with her girls!

wr_aa_mcneill-benfield_0193Meet Carol Paige aka Martha! Insurance broker by day, painter by night! Paige graduated from UNC Charlotte and went directly into the insurance industry. Her friends nicknamed her Martha (Stewart) for her Southern charm. She has always had a passion for being creative. She enjoys hunting for furniture to restore and has a talent for seeing  the true potential in any piece. She loves restoring forgotten treasures back to their former glory while adding her own personal touch and design.

Meet Emily Elise aka Lucy! Emily is a junior at East Carolina University and is studying Exercise Physiology with plans to become a Physical Therapist (hopefully she adds). Emily serves as Campus Activities Co-Chairman for her sorority Phi Mu and is a crucial part to the Carol Elise Designs team! Emily, like her Mama, is incredibly talented and taught herself the art of calligraphy. Although away at school she contributes design ideas from afar. Emily played 13 years of soccer where she was given the nickname Lucy by big sister, Paige.

Meet Ramsey  & Chloe! These sweet babies may not be able to hold a paint brush… but they sure are fun to have around when painting! Who doesn’t love a furry companion under your feet when your trying to paint?! Only kidding! We are blessed to have two of the sweetest dogs, they are truly part of the family!
